“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
Mary Oliver
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or like something in your life just isn’t quite right?
You don’t have to figure it out alone
Hi, I’m Alice, a therapist based in Brighton & Hove. I offer a supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of whatever you’re carrying.
It is my fundamental belief that if something matters to you, regardless of how big or small it may initially feel, it is worth taking the time and space to explore.
At the heart of my work are mutual respect, empathy, and understanding. Together these provide a safe space for my clients to feel genuinely heard, begin to unlock whatever has brought them through the door and establish clarity about their situation.
Whatever has brought you here, I hope you find what you are looking for. Please feel welcome to contact me with any questions.
How I can help…
A space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine
People come to therapy for lots of different reasons. Sometimes there’s a clear difficulty they want support with, and sometimes there’s simply a sense that something in life isn’t quite right.
You might be navigating things like:
• grief or loss
• relationship difficulties
• identity questions
• feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself
• anxiety or overwhelm
• ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence
For some people, therapy is something they’ve been thinking about for a while. For others, it might be something a friend, partner or GP has suggested.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
